Health Hacks Workshops

Navigating the healthcare system can be challenging, especially for those new to managing their own care. Health Hacks is our unique series of interactive, drop-in workshops created to equip young adults with the tools and knowledge needed to understand their health insurance, access care, and make informed decisions.

Participants will gain practical skills ranging from scheduling medical appointments, distinguishing between urgent care and emergency services, and understanding key insurance concepts. Each session is designed to be accessible, engaging, and relevant to real-life situations that young people may encounter.
